At DhabiOne.lk, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To safeguard your investment, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

Warranty Coverage

  1. All home appliances sold on DhabiOne.lk are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.
  2. The warranty period may vary depending on the product. For specific warranty details, please refer to the product listing.
  3. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the product.
  4. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under the warranty.
  5. Consumable parts, such as batteries or filters, are generally not covered by the warranty unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

Warranty Claims

  1. If you experience any issues with your purchased item, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period for assistance.
  2. For Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) items, our dedicated warranty service team will arrange a home visit to provide warranty services at your location.
  3. For Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) items, you will need to bring the product to our designated collection point for warranty services.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage resulting from regular use.
  2. Any modifications or alterations made to the product by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty.
  3. Damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or improper use, as determined by our warranty service team, will not be covered.
  4. The use of third-party accessories or add-ons not recommended by the manufacturer may void the warranty.

Warranty Limitations

  1. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product from DhabiOne.lk.
  2. In the event of a valid warranty claim, our liability is limited to either repairing or replacing the defective product, or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
  3. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective product for inspection and verification purposes before providing warranty services.

Disclaimer

  1. Our warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, as per Sri Lanka laws and regulations.
  2. While we strive for uninterrupted and error-free operation of our products, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

Return Policy

Items purchased from DhabiOne.lk can generally be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment, subject to certain conditions. However, please note that some products may have different return policies or specific requirements associated with them. To ensure a successful return, please adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Eligibility for Return:
    • The item must be eligible for return within the specified return period.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within the applicable return period.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Return of Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer support team immediately.
    • We will arrange for the return and replacement or refund of the item, depending on your preference and availability.
  4. Return of Large Appliances:
    • Large Appliances, such as microwave ovens and bigger items, are not subject to standard return or exchange.
    • Warranty services for Large Appliances will be provided as per the brand’s policy.
    • If you need to return a Large Appliance, you will be responsible for handling the shipment or transportation to our designated services center collection location in Musaffah M-9.
  5. Return of Automotive Items:
    • Automotive items purchased from DhabiOne.lk and covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty can be returned.
    • If you have a defective automotive item, contact us to arrange the warranty claim for the item.
  6. Return of Baby Items:
    • Most baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
    • Baby products fulfilled by DhabiOne qualify for free return shipping. However, original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is a result of an DhabiOne error.
  7. Return of Clothing and Accessories:
    • Clothing and accessories can be returned up to 30 days after the delivery date.
    • Free Returns apply only to Fulfilled by DhabiOne products in new and unworn condition with original packaging and documentation.
    • All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the product.
    • Any product returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  8. Return of Collectibles (sports & entertainment):
    • If you selected the self-ship shipping option for collectible items valued at LKR 12,000 or more, you must return them using a trackable method.
    • For items valued over LKR 120,000, insurance is also required.
    • All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
    • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  9. Return of Computers and Electronics:
    • New desktops, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers) purchased from DhabiOne.lk can be returned for a full refund within 15 days if they didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box.
    • DhabiOne.lk may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
    • Any returned desktop, laptop, or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
    • Customer requests to return products not working after the 15-day return period should be directed to customer service for assessment of the claimed fault and decision on refund eligibility.
    • New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace sellers are subject to the returns policy of the individual seller.
  10. Return of Hazardous Materials:
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable to DhabiOne.
  1. Return of Grocery and Pet Products:
  • Grocery items and pet food and similar products are not returnable to DhabiOne but may be refundable.
  1. Return of Jewelry & Watches:
  • For self-ship shipping option, jewelry, and watch items with a value of LKR 12,000 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return.
  • Free Returns may be available for eligible jewelry and watch items, as indicated on the product detail page.
  1. Return of Video Games:
  • Unopened video games can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
  • Returned video games that are activated, used, or missing parts may incur up to a 100% restocking fee.
